Pre-Conference activities

If a workshop or trip should be canceled due to low registration, a full refund will be issued to the registrants.

Conference

• Cancellations by October 15, 2026: 100% refund
• Cancellations by December 1, 2026: 50% refund
• No cancellations after December 1, 2026
• Processing fees will be withheld from refunds

The United States Lavender Conference is held in a public space; therefore, we do not prohibit participants, vendors, sponsors, or news organizations from photographing, video, or audio-recording some Conference activities. The United States Lavender Growers Association reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness on social media and/or in future marketing materials. The United States Lavender Growers Association is NOT responsible for individual attendees' use of your image or likeness.

The United States Lavender Grower's Association has negotiated a discounted room rate for attendees of the conference with the Conference Hotel. The USLGA is contractually responsible for reserving the rooms in the block up to 80 percent without penalty.

In connection with, and as a condition of, the undersigned's attendance at events conducted by the United States Lavender Growers Association and their affiliates I confirm, acknowledge, and agree as follows:

I represent that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or illness I may suffer or cause while participating in this activity, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or illness myself. I further represent that I have no medical or physical condition which could interfere with my safety in this activity, or else I am willing to assume - and bear the costs of - all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.

Content: The Event is purely an educational event put on by USLGA and is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual.

I understand and agree that the information from this program is for my personal use only, and may not be sold, tape-recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of UNITED STATES LAVENDER GROWERS ASSOCIATION or its designated agent. I also understand that I, while free to share my experiences and my personal results of this training, will keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in this training in the strictest of confidence.

Presenters may express a wide variety of opinions and views which do not necessarily represent the opinions and views of the USLGA and/or you as an individual. The presenters were selected because of their expertise in their respective subject areas and to provide you with a diversity of views on a variety of topics to enhance your educational experience.
