Tina and her husband have worked side by side for more than thirty years. They have a thriving plumbing and construction company and a lavender farm with one thousand plants going strong. Tina loves experimenting with the culinary uses for her favorite flowering herb, and has crafted a line of lavender-infused cocktail and coffee syrups (lavender, lemon, vanilla, peach, and cranberry), lemonade/limeade mixes, cocktail salts and sugars, and a fudge sauce that is to die for on homemade vanilla ice cream—all using the lavender grown right on their farm. |
Preslea Thompson has always loved the hospitality industry. In college, she worked at high-end restaurants and bars, where she discovered her passion for bartending. After graduating from Texas Tech University, Preslea knew that bartending, in all its fast-paced glory, was the career she wanted to pursue. In 2017, she launched Preslea Thompson Bartending, LLC. |
