Our conference will be held at the lovely Charleston Marriott Hotel located in downtown, Charleston.  The hotel offers free in-room WIFI, free self-parking, fitness center, heated all-weather saline pool and whirlpool, Starbucks, and a full-service restaurant and bar. 

Discounted Room Price:  $139 per night plus tax and destination fee

Optional Breakfast:  $15 per person per day (includes tax and gratuity)

The closest major airport to Charleston, SC is Charleston International Airport (CHS), only 12 miles from the Marriott.  Note: The hotel does not provide shuttle service.

Conference Directory

For your networking resources, a directory of conference attendees will be provided.  The directory will automatically include name, business name, city, state, website, and email. When you register, you may choose to only display your name, city, and state.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellations will be provided according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellation of pre-conference workshops and pre-conference trips by November 1, 2018: 100% refund. No refunds after November 1, 2018. If a workshop or trip should be canceled due to low registration, a full refund will be issued to the registrants.
  • Cancellation of optional activities by November 1, 2018: 100% refund. No refunds after November 1, 2018.
  • Cancellation of conference registration by November 1st, 2018: 100% refund
  • Cancellation of conference registration by January 1st, 2019: 50% refund
  • Cancellation of conference registration by January 7th, 2019: 25% refund
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations of Conference registration after January 7th, 2019.
